Founded in Atlanta, GA in 1993, DCS, Inc. has become an established leader in providing IT solutions in the Southeast United States. In August 2000, DCS acquired SSG of Columbia, SC and expanded our geographic coverage and breadth of experience. SSG has been in business since 1984 and has a history of excellent client services and market strength in the K-12 Education market in South Carolina.
Meet our Executive Team
Mr. Minetos establishes the strategic guidance for DCS. Peter understands how to manage the fast pace and constant evolution of technology as an effective and competitive business tool. Mr. Minetos ability to understand businesses and the challenges facing them enables DCS to provide business solutions that meet today's challenging business climate. Prior to founding DCS in 1993, Peter worked for AW Hutchison & Associates (now a division of Navigant Consulting, traded on NASDAQ under symbol: NCI) as a Project Analyst and served as Vice President for Entelechy Software (a division of AWH), which provided a document imaging solution for the construction and legal industry. Mr. Minetos was a project analyst for one of the world’s largest manufacturing companies.
Mr. Minetos received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Austin Peay State University, where the faculty recognized him at commencement with the William McClure Drane Award as the top undergraduate student representing academics and leadership.

Donald Kidwell joined DCS in 2000 and has more than 15 years managing and directing teams for success. Donald served as Vice President of Operations for South Carolina operations for DCS, Inc. and Contract Manager for South Carolina operations of DCS, Inc. prior to his appointment as President in 2008. Donald’s background includes computer engineering, sales leadership with a large national retail technology company.
Mr. Kidwell served for 5 years with the United States Air Force.
Michael joined DCS in 1996 and has over 15 years of experience consulting for businesses to help them meet their information technology needs. Michael started with DCS as an Engineer and later worked as a Senior Engineer. Michael also took on the role of Project Manager for DCS evaluating technology needs, writing RFPs and managing projects for both DCS and Clients who contracted his services.
In 1999 Michael was elected to head the Engineering team as the Engineering Manager. Michael then moved to Vice President of Engineering before achieving his current position as Executive Vice President. Prior to working for DCS, Michael worked for SCE&G at the Engineering and Test Lab.
Mr. Taylor attended Clemson University majoring in Civil Engineering.
